We have a non-refundable deposit policy. Lucinda and I have had to resort to this as we have had several instances where a person books an appointment and doesn't show up for the shoot. Generally these people don't even call and let us know they will not be there. We love our customers and really want to serve them as you can tell by our reviews... but if you are not going to be able to make the appointment, call us and we'll reschedule. That will keep your deposit intact!
If you don't give us notice, your deposit is forfeit. We don't like to do that but will as we could have served someone else.
So, please be courteous, respectful and let us know if you can't make your appointment.
