Frequently Asked Questions about Our Sexy Photography

I'm nervous about doing this...

This is absolutely normal. Most ladies do not have intimate photos taken on a regular basis like professional models. It's quite normal to feel apprehensive about the session... that's why we have a conference available prior to the photography day. We also recommend you bring a friend. You'll feel more comfortable and will probably have more fun! Almost all of our clients are initially nervous and within twenty minutes are having a great time. Please read the testimonials!

Will you help me with the posing? I'm not a model.

You do not need modeling experience to look fine & sexy. We will coach you on how to pose and look best for the camera. We also have plenty of ideas! So be prepared to have some fun!

Do you have women photographers on staff?

We do not have a woman photographer. But before you leave, think of what you want to do. You are giving an intimate gift to the one you love and you don't want to give him something that is pretty and frilly. I know you girls love that stuff... but for us men... it just doesn't compute! We don't get ithowever a male photographer knows what a man wants! My wife and I work together to something of a mix of your likings and his... but we shoot mostly for him unless told otherwise. If you think you will be uncomfortable with a man photographer and his wife... read our reviews!

I'm Looking to Give this Gift on a Special Holiday, How Long does it take to get something to give?

There are several ways you can give this gift. First, you can be photographed up to the day before your giving deadline. We'll supply you with a lovely proof CD with your photo on it, this way, you and your recipient can choose your photos together. That might be a lot of fun for you two. Secondly, if you want your finished product to give... we need to have your print selection a week or two before your gift date for prints and two to three weeks for the "little black books". For the contemporary albums, allow up to a month.

How does the process work?

We suggest a conference before the day of photography. The confrerence is not required and can be done over the phone. However, an in-person conference will give you some great ideas because you will get a view of our studio / facilities and give you an opportunity to meet with us, Nolan & Lucinda Conley. If the conference is inconvenient, we can always do it over the phone and we have a video of our studio and facilities. During the conference, we will discuss the type of photography desired, costuming, props and scheduling. So give us a call at 281-320-8644 and we'll set this up.

After the shoot, we'll show you your photographs on our large-screen monitors individually and where you can compare one to another to pick your favorites.

Lucinda and I will retouch a photography of your choosing so you can see how great the retouching is and we'll know how much or little retouching you want done.

After the retouching process, you can pay the balance of your package and we'll get to work completing your order!

I'm concerned that photos I take with your studio might show up elsewhere...

We have the following policy concerning the purchase and distribution of boudoir, glamour or intimate photos. Only the client (the lady being photographed) may purchase or place reorders for her photographs. no one else, not even her husband without permission, is allowed to purchase the photos, EVER.

My Sensual Gift™ or any associated with it will not use our client's photographs for any purpose other than for sale to the client who appears on the photographs. For the client's information, a models release must be obtained by the photographer before any photographs can be used for publication, advertising or any other purpose. Just having a sitting with a photographer doesn't give the photographer this release.

If we would like to use any of your photos for promotional purposes, we would have to obtain a separate written release and specify which image would be used.

Again, just having a sitting for your own purposes does not give the photographer a models release. Any examples you see are secured for use by a written release.

Do you have any outfits or do I need to supply them all?

We have a small selection of fur coats, jackets, a small amout of lingerie and a lot of costume jewelry on hand, however, we suggest you bring outfits that are special to you and yours.

We don't have many styles, types and sizes of lingerie. We'd have to stock a store to cover all our clients desires! We really encourage your to bring your own outfits. We can accessorize what you bring.

You may have been given something special to commemorate an anniversary or birthday, using these will make the portraits personal and extra special.

I'd like to give you a review... but I want to guard my identity...

There are several ways to do this. First, many clients just use their names in the review. For those who choose to be anonymous... please create a "junk" email account. All we really care about is accurate sentiment. Note: A "junk" email account (Google, Hotmail, Yahoo and more) is a very good security option for use with anything not relating to your financial or sensitive information. It's great for general web use, commenting, coupons and more. Another tip is use a password that is not linkable to you!

My Sensual Gift is in the business to provide sexy photography for gift giving. The images we provide you may not be used in any commercial venture. For commercial usage, you would need to disclose that up front and then we would negotiate a price for using the images for profit. An example of this would be a lingerie store or clothing shop.

For sexually oriented businesses (SOB) ... the answer is NO. NO rights are given, transferred or sold for SOB use. This is strictly prohibited!
